  • Focus on sustainable transformation management and restructuring

    • Time and action pressure: immediate operational measures to avert an imminent earnings crisis or even liquidity crisis with drastic, fast and consistent steps.
    • Pressure to act: Implementation of a holistic endurance test or a partial stress test of the existing business model and, if necessary, strategic and operational adjustments or optimization to restore or support profitability and growth (initially in parallel with day-to-day business).
